Hmmmmm.....

So the other night I get up from falling asleep on the couch to go brush my teeth and go to the bathroom. I brush my teeth. I go to open the toilet seat and I see a little gray thing moving around so I close it quickly and jump out the door. I go back in and open it slowly. There is a little rat (I am only guessing it is a rat because it had a long tail and its facial features didn't look like a mouse to me.) So, I watch it for a minute. It is soaked and it is just walking around the edge of the water. Walking and shaking. I close the seat and go out the door to find a box or something to put it in. By the time I got back in the bathroom it had left. It was just gone. What the hell did it do? Vanish into thin air? My only guess is that it was a rat who had crawled through the plumbing and gotten into my toilet that way. He must have left the same way he came in also. I may never go to the bathroom feeling ok ever again. Good luck on your journey little rat.

Then yesterday I go into my bathroom and I look up and I see a baby Gecko crawling around on the ceiling. Granted having a lizard in your house down here isn't a strange thing but what is it with my bathroom and wildlife?????
